A sculptural brass table lamp from the 1970s, France or Belgium, combining a curved brass S-arm with a brushed-steel base and a pierced-steel diffuser bowl. The perforated dot-pattern shade casts a dappled light pattern, a diffusion technique typical of the period’s mixed-metal lighting design. The scrolled brass foot and matching finial echo the arm’s curve, and a small brass counterweight ball on the upright allows the arm to pivot. Structure in brass and brushed steel throughout; original brass socket fitting retained. Wired for a single E27 bulb. Condition: Good vintage condition with light surface wear and age-appropriate patina to the brass consistent with age. Tested and in great working condition. Dimensions: height 52 cm / 25 cm shade diameter. Materials: Brass, brushed steel. Period: 1960s - 1970s.
