Black foot at right angles weighted cast iron covered with plastic. Recessed black plastic switch button. Stamped under the base. Iconic model of an era that was matched with the trash can, ashtray, diary holder, pencil holder etc. Of a desk. Very good condition, illuminates very well, very solid.
