Polychrome chest typical of the alsace region dating from the years 1800-1860. Nice patina with some. Traces of time, but no patterns are altered. The lock is functional but we don't have the key. Fittings and woodwork in good condition. There is even the base. Often the chests are directly placed on the ground because poorly preserved, the bases do not withstand the years. Realization of stencil patterns. Preventive treatment of wood. Piece found in a barn in the north of the bas-rhin.
