Set of 6 bentwood chairs in blue velvet by Josef Hoffman for Thonet, 1960s

Set of six bentwood dining chairs designed by Josef Hoffmann and produced by Thonet in the 1960s. The set includes four side chairs and two armchairs. The frames are made of dark stained beech with signature curved lines, while the oval backrests and seats are upholstered in deep blue velvet fabric, providing a subtle contrast to the warm wooden frame. Very good condition, with some subtle fading on the fabric. Very good condition. Some subtle fading on the fabric (see photo’s).
