Description
Square dining room table with an original extension, Victorian period in Cuban mahogany, mid-19th century. Can accommodate 8 to 10 guests (but possibility of redoing one or more extensions). The crank signed john fitter birmingham allows you to open the table to accommodate the extension. The table rests on turned legs resting on ceramic casters. Ps: john fitter obtained a patent in 1861 for the invention of the screw allowing the table to be opened. Good condition. Its stamp varnish has marks related to age and use. There are also scratches on the top (the top can be taken over in its entirety) dimensions: top 106cm x 106cm (152cm x 106cm with extension), h.75cm.
