Vase in sandstone of la borne signed by andré rozay. Work of the 50s close to the creations of jean and jacqueline lerat. Very good condition. Dimensions height 12 cm. Diameter 9 cm. To report a small gin. André rozay, born in 1913, is one of the pioneers of the revival of ceramics in la borne. He trained at the school of fine arts in bourges where he met jean lerat. He arrived at la borne in 1943 to work with his former comrade. After the war, he worked in the workshop of alphonse talbot, which he later took over. In 1962, he will create with other ceramists including yves mohy, the amicale des potiers de la borne which will become the association des potiers de la borne.
