Cassina Torso lounge chair by Paolo Deganello

A torso in an extraordinarily attractive color combination of dark purple and screeching green. The lounge chair is in excellent condition. The fabric cover shows only minimal signs of wear. The asymmetrical armchair, more of a sculpture than a mere utensil, makes an absolute statement in any room and is extremely comfortable. The torso was designed by paolo deganello in 1982 and has had its fans ever since. Deganello designed several sculpted chairs for cassina. In 1964, cassina signed the exclusive license agreement designed by le corbusier, pierre jeanneret and charlotte perriand to make furniture.
