1930s Original early “413” easy chair by Gispen, Netherlands

A very nice dutch design easy chair manufactured by gispen in the netherlands around 1930. This is an early edition of the model “413” chair. The tubular chrome plated metal frame smoothly transitions to the armrests with bakelite finish. The seat has the original black leather upholstery, fitting the piece perfectly and combining it’s modern style with a nice sense of luxury. The upholstery is completely original, it has some wear consistent with age and use. It’s rare to find this chair in such original condition, so we made no changes to the upholstery. The photos represent it well. Original manufacturer’s tag is still attached underneath the seat, as shown in photos.
