Rattan dining table

Here is a lovely rattan dining table by designer Louis Sognot, designed in the 1960s. It is the ideal size for a meal for 4 people, accommodating up to 6 at most. Stable and sturdy, it bears some traces of its history: slight marks on the top and a life incident on the surface as well: an unfortunate 2 cm saw cut that has been repaired with resin to ensure the top's waterproofing is not compromised.
