Vintage daybed bed bench 50s 60s

Adorable day bed vintage 50s 60s, black metal base and wooden structure. In its past, it was probably an evolutionary child bed. Today he can find a new life by transforming it into a sofa bed. Once the sides are open (they slide outwards) it can indeed accommodate a bed 70cm wide by 190cm long. Closed, it takes up almost no space since it measures 141cm wide (interior 128cm), which allows it to accommodate two people in sofa version. The box spring in burlap straps has been redone. Height of the seat at the level of the box spring: 31cm. The daybed is delivered to you without a mattress. The whole is in a beautiful state with some tiny traces of use.
