Vintage orange cotton velvet chair, Europe, 1960s

Chair type A5828, nicknamed "heart". Designed by Helena and Jerzy Kurmanowicz and manufactured in the Radomsko joinery factory. Constructed from water-stained beech wood, protected by a satin acrylic varnish. Upholstered in orange cotton velvet (abrasion category A). Water-repellent fabric limiting liquid absorption. Fully renovated with reupholstery and finishing. Dimensions: Height 80 cm, Width 40 cm, Depth 40 cm, Seat height 45 cm.
