Rope churn, from the high atlas (morocco), terracotta. Probably from the 18th century, it has come down to us in perfect condition. Two handles which allowed to suspend it and to use the centrifugal force to transform the cream into butter. Very nice patina, curious shape, it can be placed in the normal position of use (horizontal), or vertically on its flat and stable base. An exceptional and rare ceramic, a magnificent piece, which will not fail to arouse the curiosity and interest of collectors or lovers of rare pieces and selective decoration, some will perhaps (like us!) see beyond from an initially common and popular object to a real sculpture!.
