This large bench in the style of Marcel Gascoin is impressive for its width of three seats without an intermediate leg. This feat gives it a superb, very streamlined and light line despite the strong structure in solid teak. The honeycomb caning elegantly perforates the large surfaces of the backrest and seat. A beautiful lesson in carpentry. This piece from the 1960s is in very good overall condition, although it does have some impacts, small knocks, and scratches, as well as variations in the wood tones on the armrests. There is only one small hole in the caning to note. Its structure is sound and without weakness. This piece has a strong visual impact and a remarkable presence. Seat cushion included. Dimensions: l 194 cm x d 85 cm x h 90 cm (seat height 30.5 cm).
