Monumental sculptural bronze wall or table lamp, 1960

Impressive Mid Century design lamp made of solid cast bronze with a characterful amber-coloured bubble glass shade. The lamp features an exceptionally sculptural design with organic lines and a high-quality finish. The socket is fully integrated into a bronze cover, giving the light object a very pure appearance. Thanks to the flat bronze feet on the back, the lamp can be used both as a wall lamp and as a free-standing light object. The heavy bronze body has a wall thickness of over 1 cm and demonstrates high-quality artisanal casting. The warm light is beautifully diffused by the original bubble glass dome. The lamp was probably made in Belgium or Germany at the end of the 1960s. The lamp is in very good condition.
