Composed of 2 pears, 2 apples, an orange, a bunch of grapes and 2 bananas, this rare work full of symbols was created by a very promising artist who died at the age of 27 in the war. The apple evokes birth and fertility, it is an image of femininity and voluptuousness. Consumed since ancient times, the apple is like all fruits, a living product, generating joy and pleasure. It is a sign of hospitality and generosity of nature. The pear represents femininity, but through its shape, with greater nobility. Since 1980, it has also been the symbol of time. Orange symbolizes autumn and its flamboyance, its color is close to flames. This fruit represents essential needs (mobility, sensory stimulation, emotions, sensuality, optimism, joy, warmth, vitality and creativity). Symbol of generosity, abundance and freedom, the banana tree is a generous and benevolent fruit. The vine is the symbol of immortality, it is also the symbol of man who grows in clusters as in a family.
