Superb orjol probably from a handcrafted production in the first half of the 20th century, in the tradition of popular pottery from the South-West and Lauragais. Made of ceramic, likely stoneware, it is distinguished by its remarkable turquoise blue glaze with blue-green hues, featuring subtle speckled and slightly iridescent effects. The natural variations in the glazing give it a unique depth and character. Its generous silhouette, tubular spout, and large handle testify to traditional craftsmanship. The interior, left raw, shows ancient limestone deposits, while the base bears signs of wear related to its past use. These authentic marks tell the story of this once utilitarian object. Numbered 7 under the base. Condition: very good state of preservation, without cracks or chips. Dimensions: * Height: 29 cm. * Maximum diameter: approximately 26 cm.
