Brass Black Moorish Coffee Table Blackamoor Vintage Italy 1970s Retro

This remarkable brass coffee table, depicting two blackamoor servants from the old world supporting a glass pane, originated from venice in the 1970s and is an alluring centre piece for any room. Each blackamoor is made of heavy, solid moulded brass, and is finished in a glossy black lacquer. Atop their outstretched hands sit circular pads, which provide a support base for the glass. It's rare to find this kind of piece completely in black –– often they have gilded touches –– but that only adds to the sheer spectacle of the table.
