Large SNCF Gillet & Forest Lamp 1930

Old sncf gilet & forest lamp. 1930. Superb railway lamp from the 30s. Brand: gillet & forest. Lamp used by the French railways in the 30s to light work on the railway tracks. It originally ran on gasoline, but the passage of trains knocked them over and they were later electrified to prevent fires. It is a very large lamp to place on the floor. The glasses (sides + porthole) are present, they are original and have small marks of time, just like the lamp. Everything has been carefully cleaned, but left in its patina, which makes it charming and guarantees its authenticity. The light reflector at the bottom of the lamp is covered with glass.
