This elegant table lamp was produced by the Moderna Charleroi factory in the 1950s. Combining the brilliance of cut glass with the warmth of brass, this piece embodies the classic refinement of the 50s. The transparent glass base is delicately cut with diamond-shaped geometric patterns that catch and reflect the light. This crystalline body rests on a circular base of gilded brass, supported by small spherical feet. The whole is crowned by a textured beige fabric lampshade, diffusing a soft and warm light. The original label from the Belgian manufacturer is still present under the base, attesting to its provenance and authenticity. The condition of this light fixture is remarkable for its era. The cut glass is intact, preserving all its original clarity. The brass shows a natural and authentic patina, reflecting its history while maintaining its structural integrity. This classic table lamp will harmoniously fit into a classic or Mid-Century Modern interior. Placed on a walnut sideboard, a marble fireplace, or a bedside table, it will bring a touch of luminous sophistication and undeniable charm to the surrounding space. The electrification (socket and wire) has been renewed, suitable for an E14 bulb. Height of lamp with shade 40 cm. Diameter 21 cm.
