Alabaster onyx egg cup

Very beautiful egg cup carved in a mineral material, onyx, alabaster. Difficult to say for me who am not a specialist and also difficult to show all its beauty in a photo! The stone has a very pretty veining in caramel and beige tones. It is in very good condition, no cracks or chips, the stone is very smooth, very soft to the touch, with one or two tiny chips, probably original "defects", but which also testify to its artisanal manufacture. It measures 7.5 cm in height, 5.5 cm in external diameter, 4.5 cm in internal diameter at the top of the egg cup, which allows it to accommodate large eggs. It weighs 180g.
