Pair of brass candle holders

Lovely pair of antique brass candle holders with rat tail type hand grip; rounded bases and screw device for varying the height of the candle as it burns. Classic, elegant, a safe and timeless value, on a table, a chest of drawers, a console, a bedside table... The candle holders are in good condition, however some rare traces of time and some traces of oxidation are present. The candle holders have just been polished, the shade of the gilding can change over time. Weight 1kg. Ref 195/23.
