Impressive Antique Bronze Flemish Chandelier With 12 Lights Over Two Tiers 4146

Very impressive antique two tier 12 light flemish chandelier dating from the mid to late 1800s. The chandelier was originally used with candles and has been wired for electricity at some point in its long life and new beige acrylic candle drips added.the chandelier is made up of a central column with a large ball and finial at the bottom and a hanging hoop to the top. The scrolled arms come in two tiers with six at the top and six at the bottom and the arms lead to round candle drip holders. The chandelier hangs from a two link chain and cup style ceiling fitting. The chandelier is in good solid condition with a deep aged patina some verdigris and marks to be expected with its long life. It is wired with french twin core wiring and takes twelve e14 small screw in bulbs.
