Art Deco blue glass tableware set – 1930s. Complete set: champagne flutes, wine glasses, tumblers, carafe, and jug. Stunning table service made of moulded blue tinted glass, dating from the 1930s, typical of the Art Deco aesthetic. The slightly smoky transparency and cobalt feet add a very graphic elegance, particularly bright on a laid table. The set consists of: 10 champagne flutes. 5 white wine glasses. 5 small glasses/tumblers. 1 bottle carafe. 1 jug. A complete service of 22 pieces. The lines are simple and geometric, characteristic of French glass production between the wars. The contrast between the clear body and blue feet creates a very decorative effect, suitable for both everyday use and a reception table. Overall good condition considering its age. Light signs of normal use and discreet micro-scratches.
