Ercol Windsor 370 Chair

Lovely vintage ercol windsor 370 dining chair. Beautifully crafted in england. Italian-british designer and entrepreneur lucian ercolani (1888-1976) was the founder and chief designer of ercol, one of the most important furniture manufacturing companies in the history of british design. The fan-shaped backrest and seat are made of solid elm. The seat is covered with its original removable floral fabric seat pad and foam filling. The seat pad is removable. Comfortable and lightweight, it will go just as well with a farmhouse table as with a marble tulip table or any other style of table. It also works very well mismatched with other vintage chairs. In excellent condition, it is very clean, stable and sound. The seat pad is not stained and the fixing eyelets under the seat are perfectly functional. Light traces of use, mainly visible at the base of the legs.
