Pair of brutalist wrought iron consoles by Argueyrolles 1990

Pair of consoles by the artist jean-jacques argueyrolles made in the early 90s. They are made of patinated wrought iron, with geometric decorations gilded with gold leaf, each piece unique and handmade by the artist. They are fixed to the wall with 4 screws. Jean-jacques argueyrolles was born in 1954 near paris, france. He describes his baroque creations as coming from the neo art nouveau movement. He works bronze, stone, iron, gold and wood, thinking and designing his furniture in the manner of sculptures.
