Vintage Jasba Fat Lava vase in orange and red – German ceramic from the 1970s. Stunning vintage ceramic vase from the German manufacturer Jasba, model N 602/12-25, probably dating from the 1960s–1970s. A particularly expressive piece of the West German Pottery movement, characteristic of the Fat Lava aesthetic. Its spectacular glaze combines vibrant shades of orange, red, and yellow, gradually blending into a deep brown. On the shoulder of the vase, a wide band of anthracite lava features a rough, almost volcanic texture, creating a striking contrast with the glossy surfaces and colour drips. The widely flared neck and elegantly curved handle give the piece a sculptural and balanced silhouette. A beautiful Mid-Century decorative object that immediately draws the eye and can be displayed alone as a true ceramic sculpture.
