1950s bedside table in varnished wood veneer and brass.

This bedside table with tapered legs is full of charm. Sober and elegant, it has some unique features that make it one-of-a-kind and very attractive. The most striking being the glass plate on top. One can imagine sliding in photos, dried flowers, a lithograph, and thus changing the decoration of the tray infinitely. The glass alone gives it a very design look. It is also very beautiful without it. Its flap cabinet is wide enough to store books or magazines. It is adorned with a simple metal handle. The front features honey-coloured stripes that add an extra touch of originality to the whole. Its legs are tapered with a brass finish. This vintage bedside table will not be limited to the bedroom but will find its place anywhere in the house as a small auxiliary piece of furniture. It is in very good condition with a few discreet signs of use. The glass has scratches but they are invisible against the wood underneath.
