Description
Large and thin carpet ghoum kork - iran. Around 1960 / 1965 (the first ghoum) Silky wool velvet of lamb called kork on cotton foundations. Sun. 333 X 228 cm. Good condition. Beige field with seedlings of sky blue geometric medallions and rubies in the shape of stylized turtle shells and cruciform stars (decoration reminiscent of the seikhour). Five borders including the main ruby with stylized knives and chopsticks.
