Vintage handmade sculptural ceramic wall piece

This sculptural wall piece made of handcrafted ceramic from the 1980s is a striking example of abstract studio ceramics. The object captivates with its organic shapes and a deep brown glaze, with a metallic appearance, which gives the piece exceptional depth. The ceramic construction features a relief structure with a woven or layered central section, framed by two smooth, undulating surfaces. The reverse is signed and dated 1983, highlighting its authenticity and artisanal origin. An integrated hook allows for direct wall mounting. The work is in very good condition, with an intact surface. On the back, there is a small chip and a stress crack—both resulting from the production process—which are completely invisible from the front. This wall sculpture beautifully integrates into interiors with a brutalist or organic modern style.
