Woodwork mirror

No doubt, we are dealing with an exceptional piece! This incredible mirror called "mirror of woodwork" imposes by its size of 2m07 high on 1m27. Manufactured with mercury, glittery reflections are present on the entire surface of the mirror as well as some small "missing" parts (but which does not interfere with its use). The back of it is visible and bluish. The frame that lived is gray / bluish is nicely molded by simple friezes. This mirror comes from a castle where it was hung on the wall: 4 holes at the top and 2 at the bottom in the woodwork to hang it are now part of its history. A lot of charm for this unique piece.
