Stoll federdreh office chair 1955

Rotating office chair with "federdreh" system from stoll (switzerland), adjustable in seat height. The backrest is also adjustable in four notches. Original model of the chair, invented by albert stoll and patented in 1926, it has undergone various small developments in the design, the shapes of the metal barrel base and the evolution of the mechanism over the years. Here the version from the 50s, vintage copy june 1955. It has two additional adjustment dials below the seat, for the inclination/tension of the backrest. The original felt cushion will be attached to the chair. Collector of industrial office furniture which is very difficult to find in such good condition these days, complete and perfectly functional - seat height 48 to 58 cm approx. Seat 38 X 37 cm.
