Rossignol school educational frame and posters

Charming set including the poster frame and 9 rossignol posters. Editions rossignol were created in 1946 by madeleine and andré rossignol, both teachers. This set (poster format and models) has become difficult to find today and even more so in this beautiful condition. The frame is made of wood with a rotating metal poster holding system, it can hold all the posters and thus preserve them. It still has the rossignol label. The posters printed on both sides are part of the speech aid series, inspired by the charlot-géron reading method. This is the 2nd booklet, pages 3, 5, 8, 10, 13, 15, 18, 20, 23, 25, 28, 30, 33, 35, 37, 40, 42, 45. They are illustrated by françois garnier. They were printed in montmorillon. The whole probably dates from the 60s or 70s. The majority of the posters are still in good condition, little damaged, little dog-eared, with very bright colors, sometimes small stains but nothing obvious. Only two sides are in less good condition, the one which was exposed on the front side, it has a few more stains than the others, but again nothing too bad, and the one which was at the very back, which is scratched at the level of the opening in the bottom of the frame. The frame is in good general condition, still very solid, but shows some marks from time and use: a few stains on the bottom of the frame and lighter stains on an upright of the frame. I put back some staples to hold the background to the frame. The posters measure 56 cm by 36 cm. The frame measures 60.5 cm by 42 cm and is 2 cm thick.
