vintage bamboo chaise longue and footrest

Vintage Japanese chaise longue from the 1940s-50s. Made from bamboo. This chaise longue has never been outside, always kept indoors. The headrest is integrated, and the footrest is as well. The sturdy frame features an adjustable ratchet reclining mechanism. The chaise longue is in good condition but needs a little refurbishment: reinforcement of the armrests, staining of the armrests that have whitened, and tightening one or two slats. Measurements of the footrest: width 41cm, depth 44cm, height 29cm. Price: €600.
