Suspension Dome by Hans-Agne Jakobsson for Ab Markaryd, 1960s

Rare mid-century dome lamp with chrome surface slats. This version is the most elegant and also the rarest. The lamp is often attributed to Hans-Agne Jakobsson and the manufacturer Hans-Agne Jakobsson, Markaryd. However, there are no documents such as the manufacturer's label or literature sources. The slats direct the light from the body of the fixture, thereby highlighting the lamellar structure of the light. There is direct light downwards and indirect light. At the bottom of the fixture, there is a protruding ring designed to prevent direct glare through the lamp. It is in good condition with a few minor signs of wear. Height: 27 cm Diameter: 40 cm.
