Mid century vintage framed oil painting - snow storm

A sombre yet expressive work of art presenting a scene of a human figure trudging through a snow storm. The artist has used a restrained palette comprising various shades of blue and grey; and together with swift and sweeping brushstrokes, it conveys a painterly illusion of movement of the strong winds blowing during the snow storm.
