Maison Lecan presents a small children's chair carved with a gouge in solid wood, French or Alpine work, circa 1950-60. Entirely hand-carved, it features visible tool marks, a sculpted seat, and a lyre-shaped backrest with organic lines, in a primitive figurative style reminiscent of the furniture sculptures of Alexandre Noll.
