Silver service cutlery

Cutlery for cutting meat dating from 1900. Composed of a lever fork (also called leg trident) and a cutting knife. This type of cutlery was used, thanks to the lever of the fork, to make the cut with the french called "the sharp squire" (on the fly). Sleeves in cored silver, with relief decoration of rocaille style of leafy rinceaux. These superb service cutlery deserve to find a second life and a new home where they will find their usefulness on beautiful tables.
