Bevelled glass in an elongated octagonal shape (cut corners) Geometric step/stair motifs on the sides (very characteristic of the Art Deco repertoire) Uprights finished to a point, resembling a spearhead. Perhaps produced by the artistic blacksmiths of this period (Edgar Brandt, Paul Kiss, Raymond Subes or their numerous followers), very fashionable in France between 1920 and 1935 for entrance or cloakroom mirrors.
