12 French dessert or entremets knives, circa 1940. Silver-plated handles decorated in the Louis XV style (rocaille), stainless steel blades. Hallmarks: silversmith J.N. with a lobster, and 15 for the silver plating. Length: 20.5 cm. Weight: 74 g per knife. Condition: very good condition. The plate and flowers visible in the photos are not included.
