Niko was founded in 1919 by two brothers, Alfons and Werner De Backer. In their workshops in Sint-Niko-laas they designed and manufactured switches and sockets that quickly conquered the Belgian market. The company introduced its products to the international market for the first time in 1965 with the luxury switch Inter 70. This is a vintage item. That means it has been used.
