The morris chair was invented by englishman William Morris at the end of the 19th century. This model is a typical english model. The quilted seats are made of english velvet. Reclining back thanks to a 4-position rack. This resting chair can be transformed into a lounge chair when the footrest is deployed. The large, overflowing flat armrests extend onto the back of the back. At their end is a notched rack with a brass bar. The latter serves as a support for the backrest and thus allows the adjustment of its inclination. The arms are open with bars or vertical spindles. Padded padding and a retractable ottoman. This model is oak so heavy. Length without foot rest: 103 cm / length with foot rest 140 cm / width 75 cm / height 100 cm / quilted cushions: width 50 cm / height 60 cm and thickness 10 cm.
