Passionate about radio, peter bang (1900-1957) built in his childhood a sector station that operated without battery or accumulator. He later studied engineering and graduated in 1924. He met svend olufsen (1897-1949) and engaged in radio experiments with him on the property of his parents at quistrup. This is the beginning of the creation of the company of the two partners. Over the following decades, the two friends developed new audio products, radios, amplifiers, speakers, gramophones, film sound recording equipment.
