“Schoolmaster” desk

“Schoolmaster” desk The desk was sanded then repainted in a pretty matte powder pink. The interior (door and 2 shelves) is left raw but has been waxed. The board is also raw. We personalized this desk, a little too conventional perhaps, by adding a pretty shelf on the left side (very practical for storing books or notebooks) and a pretty frame on the door. The oval frame was also found, then repainted in the same pink and covered with pretty wallpaper. The tube legs were cleaned then repainted with a special metal and anti-rust matt black paint. The lock is now functional because it is brand new!
