2793 - end of the 19th century, this large glove box covered in waxed brown leather richly decorated on all sides with a beautiful interior padded in silk with scroll patterns in good condition. Slight wear from normal use given the age for this type of box which can contain jewelry and be displayed in plain sight or be stored carefully out of sight in a piece of furniture.
