Pair of Art Deco candlesticks in burgundy glazed ceramic enhanced with gold. Signed under each base S.R Bonome Paris. Length 24.5cm. Height 15.5cm. Very good condition, the gilding is partially worn, no chips or cracks. Spanish sculptor and ceramist, Santiago Rodriguez Bonome (1905-1995) was active in France from 1929. His pieces are exhibited, among others, at the Museo del Prado and the Centre Georges Pompidou.
