Vintage space age design floor lamp DAB Spain David Abad

DESCRIPTION: A very unique vintage chrome floor lamp from the brand DAB. This designer lamp comes from Spain and was designed by David Abad. The design features a beautiful chrome base that shoots upwards like a kind of space needle. This needle holds up the white fabric shade and is topped with a white plastic plate. The lamp has 4 E27 fittings under the shade. It can be switched on and off with the foot switch. The lamp is from the 1990s. In short, a beautiful lamp for lovers of designer furniture. ABOUT DAVID ABAD: From 1997 to 2011, David Abad (Barcelona, 1967) led his own company (DAB) dedicated to designing and producing lamps and special lighting projects. In 2012, he founded his new studio, David Abad Design, collaborating with companies from various sectors. Notably, he worked with the manufacturer B.lux, a brand where he later became creative director and for which he designed his lighting designs, both old and new.
