Doria Leuchten lamp

Table lamp in chromed steel and murano blown glass by doria leuchten. Doria leuchten was a manufacturer of chandeliers, table lamps and lighting fixtures in post-war germany. Founded in 1945 by walter donner, their most famous designs used murano glass elements as seen here. Many designers of the time created iconic designs there, until 1986 when the company closed its doors, succumbing to the pressure of cheaper alternatives available to the general public.
