Set of 4 Cesca chairs by Marcel Breuer B32

The piece that needs no introduction! An icon of modernist design, inspired by the Bauhaus and created by Marcel Breuer in the 1920s, here is the famous Cesca B32 chair, named in honour of his daughter Francesca. The tubular structure is made of chrome-plated steel, the seat and backrest are woven rattan, and the frame is made of beech with a black lacquer finish. Impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail make these chairs so appealing. Both robust, minimalist, and comfortable, they easily fit into any type of interior. The four chairs offered here are all perfectly identical and in very good used condition. They are all stamped "Made in Italy" under the seat. The caning of the seats has been completely redone, resulting in a slight difference in shade between the caning of the seats and that of the backrests. The chrome parts are in superb condition. Visible signs of wear: small traces of use consistent with age and usage. The foot pads are missing on three of the four chairs.
