Description
A beautiful desk designed by mieczysław puchała, produced at the turn of the 50s and 60s. The design was created in 1959 as a premium version of an earlier design by the same author (type 20-11) produced in głuchołaskie fabryki mebli. The desk is made of furniture board and wood covered with walnut and mahogany veneer. This piece is distinguished by beautiful graining on the top and sides of the cabinet, which contains 3 wooden drawers. The desk is double-sided, I.e. The back (back) also has an elegant veneer, thanks to which it can be used as a piece of furniture for a small office. The desk underwent a thorough renovation, the old polyester varnish was removed and the whole thing was again protected with hard oil, thanks to which we obtained an elegant velvet gloss with preserved veneer rings. In addition, hard oil for furniture, apart from the visual effect, is resistant to temperature, I.e. A hot mug with coffee or tea placed during work will not leave a white circle, as it happens with varnishes. Another advantage is the ease of refreshing the furniture after some time of intensive use. Dimensions: width 120cm, depth 60cm, height 73.5cm.
