Its design is structured around five large diamond-shaped geometric medallions, arranged along the entire length of the rug and surrounded by a richly decorated border of small traditional motifs. Its warm palette mainly combines shades of terracotta brown, beige, orange, cream, and touches of blue-grey, giving the piece an authentic and particularly warm character. The colours have been obtained from traditional plant-based dyes. The slight colour variations and natural irregularities in the weaving testify to the artisanal work and contribute to the charm of this antique piece.
